Just because it's under 22 kHz doesn't automatically means it's fake. Sheesh. Sometimes certain frequencies weren't captured. Doesn't mean it isn't lossless. Besides, you should be thankful you got a rip anyway
This rip is virtually the exact same to one particular mp3 rip floating around for presumably years. The only difference being that there was a bit of volume compression, normalization, and noise filtering. The FLAC has the same crackles and pops as the mp3 rip.
Of course, the way its recorded is sometimes a factor in deciding whether something is truly lossless or not, but I don't exactly see any startling differences between the first two tracks in the first image. There is, however, a noticeable difference using a different rip of the same track (hint: higher frequency response!).
From these observations, Tanilktronomia is right to suspect that the FLAC provided is not actually lossless, but rather a lossy-to-lossless conversion passed off as lossless.
I will continue to wait for an actual lossless rip to be posted.
