Here's the entire tape.  All 20 tracks.  Some of which, having obtained the albums the tracks are originally from, are in lossless form.  Beware, however, the tracks by The Martinez Players and Sound Creation.  These are not the correct titles or artists.  I'm presently trying to find the actual names and artists of these.

I'm deeply sorry for the necropost of about 2 years-worth, but this tape is one that I have desperately tried to look for. In actuality, it is the one tape that I DON'T have complete information on - I only have 11 tracks of a 13-track partial playthrough with any info on them. A re-up on another site (racaty appears to be, for lack of better terms, permanently dead) would be much appreciated.

I’m glad to be able to help, here’s the tape up to the middle of track 19:

I was the OP btw, scary how time flies!

You're right on that one.

On the topic of this tape, do you have any info on the names of the tracks or the albums they come from? I have the full data on most of the tracks through 13, the exceptions being 3, 10, 11, and 12. And of course, from 13 onwards, as I have previously stated, I have nothing whatsoever.

Providing an update to what I've done since the previous conversations:
I've reconfirmed the identities of the Funtastik tracks I already had completed the info on (I couldn't remember where exactly they were from, so I wished to reconfirm it), as well as identifying the CDs that 2 tracks (Malibu Freeway & Automatic Reflex) came from (FUN1028 and FUN1040, respectively). I also identified track 15 as Leith Hill (also known as Easytime, FUN1002/1022), track 14 as Swinging Bossa (Gabriel Music 1927 "Backgroundmusic Akustische Gitarre", and track 18 as Hispanic Groove (MML05 "Dynamic Moments"). This leaves 2 Funtastik tracks unaccounted for, 2 Moments Music tracks unaccounted for (one of which I have no clue how it even sounds), and 2 tracks with absolutely no clue on their origin.

I admire your devotion to this C201. I’m afraid with my simple brain (!) I got lost trying to determine which tracks are eluding you. Maybe if you listed each track with titles etc it might help me. Incidentally Malibu Freeway is track 3 on FUN1038 rather than 1028.

Responding to this first, since it's easy enough for me to do at the moment - note that, again, this is an INCOMPLETE listing, namely due to the fact that I'm missing some titles/info in the second half of the tape, but it is complete for the most part:

1 - Feeling Good - FUN1007 “Feeling Good”
2 - Everyday’s a Miracle - Continental HL-5008 “Flashing”
3 - Malibu Freeway - FUN1038 “Easy Listening 13”
4 - For My Buddy - Continental HL-5003 “Don’t Be Stupid”
5 - Day Trippin’ - FUN1007 “Feeling Good”
6 - Make Up in the Morning - Continental CI-5002 “Woman”
7 - Fun Run - FUN1007 “Feeling Good”
8 - Sunburned Hip - Continental CI-5002 “Woman”
9 - Autumn Gold - FUN1007 “Feeling Good”
10 - ???
11 - Automatic Reflex - FUN1040 “Retro 80s”
12 - ???
13 - Belvue - FUN1001 “Contemporary Instrumentals 1”
14 - Swinging Bossa - Gabriel Music 1927 “Backgroundmusic Akustische Gitarre”
15 - Leith Hill/Easytime - FUN1002 “Contemporary Instrumentals 2/1022 “Easy Listening 4”
16 - ??? - Alan Dickinson/Moments Music
17 - ??? - FUN10??
18 - Hispanic Groove - Al Dickinson, MML05 “Dynamic Moments”
19 - ??? - FUN10??
20 - ??? - Alan Dickinson/Moments Music

Overall, I'd be satisfied with how far the topic has gotten if one of two things happens:
1. John_Fred reuploads the full tape, or
2. Someone comes in with the missing pieces of information on this tape.

Track 10 is "Speak Softly" credited to Al Dickinson at Spectrum Music. Track 12 is "Talking Birds" credited to Gordon Bennett (a fake name which is a BBC coverup) also at Spectrum Music.

The Martinez Players do not exist, as I'm sure you already know.

Track 17 is Birchwood aka Black Satin (track 8 on FUN 1038) and track 19 is Paper Stars aka Zyranella (track 11 also on FUN 1038). Here is John_Fred's share which I have updated in places to reflect subsequent discoveries shared on this forum on another thread here such as tracks 2, 4, 6 and 8 being correctly attributed to Himiko Kikuchi (h***s://pixeldrain.com/u/PykfBhbY). I hope this helps.

To both you and bardwell, a great thanks! This was really one of the only major spots of "I don't have any info", that I knew could be easily solved (the others being pure cold cases in terms of identities). Actually, matter of fact, I can't thank you enough!

Also, updating a few other tracks here - #20 is Dangerzone, MML05 "Dynamic Moments" (also Track #4, Mysterious Land, on Choco Coca). Track #16 is Outward Bound, MML03 "Children's Moments". Apart from that, everything here is properly titled and such.

Many of the queries about trade test and test card music could probably be answered by joining the Test Card Circle. The database and quarterly magazine really get into the detail and there's a chance to get to know other collectors and expand your knowledge.

It's possible to have an pdf copy of the magazine and the database is also downloadable for members.

It's probably best not to mention the sharing of test tapes on here as the circle takes copyright very seriously.
