Actually, this was library at one time. They came from the now defunked Bonneville Broadcast Library, which was an easy listening arrangements music library for Ez radio stations, department stores, etc. Only available on both 7 1/2 and 15 ips reel. Never released for commercial sale in its day. I had posted a few of the original reels way back in the beginning of LMT. These are great collections though that they started issuing about 7 or 8 years ago.
