Few mysteries from Polish TV

Unknown tracks from Polish TV, maybe someone here will be able to recognize them finally
At the moment I gonna focus on unknown tracks from Polish public broadcaster- TVP
Before 1989 TVP used mostly Sonoton and Colorsound libraries, however I recognized some tracks also from for example Hibou Music or from some native musicians like Mikołaj Hertel.
Also they could use any track performed by Polish Radio and TV Orchestras (they were few of them- best known were from Łódź- they even produced whole albums for Colorsound library, and from Katowice- they produced some well known jazz and easy listening albums with Jerzy Milian)
In the 90s, after fall of iron curtain they additionaly started to use lots of other libraries- mostly Koka, DeWolfe, KPM and Primrose

So first goes:
Track from background of clock in midday programming startup from 1989

00:36-01:38 Track used as a background of closedown of morning educational programming. Record is dated as mid 80s

00:00-01:13 Track used as a background of clock in programme startup from 2002.
Hint: It was used on the First Channel for programme startups since mid 90s along with
Jean Yves D'Angelo - Sunset Drive [KOK 2073], Frédéric Masson - City Mag [KOK 2089]

Yeah, and for me it smells PRiTV Orchestra.
I have lots of such a unknown library melodies on my mind. Mostly from obscure clips like here- programme schedules, startups and closedowns. I will post them later, now I want You all to focus on that three. I believe in Your knowledge

Yeah they were often used, however in the late 80s/early 90s it seems that Sonoton was more common.
Recently I found such a examples from Second Channel of TVP:

Purple Funk - Benedykt Konowalski, performed by Orchestra PRiTV [CSLP 45]

My Destiny - Henryk Debich, performed by Orchestra PRiTV [CSLP 42]

Like a few others said, the one in the first video is great! It does sound very familiar, but it may be because it's possibly a PRiTV production, and most of that stuff had a similar production sound.

These cues were in use by First Channel during startup sequences along with at least 2 unknown tracks, I posted one of them in first post here. I will post here that second unrecognized one soon. They were in use in circa 1996-2006 period.

Also some cues from Koka were used in early morning news report "Echa Tygodnia" targeted for deaf viewers, aired weekly every sunday on Second Channel since early 90s till 2006.

It was also used as a tune for pause loop, however main ID used tune from Carlin Production library. Here 26.11.1997
[CAR 138] 24 Hour Television- Nigel Peter Beaham-Powell/Bella Russell - Channel Five

Here also Griffe used for pause loop but in slightly other version. It was used only in 1998-2000 period (here early 2000)

TVP Katowice also used themes from Koka for closedowns:

Unfortunately no.It was used as a background of programme schedule aired in startup and closedown sequence in January 2003-July 2006 period on TVP1. However its first appearance (in parts) was in some regular daytime announcements in Autumn 2002. I suspect that it could be composed and recorded especially for TVP by some artist... but who knows.
