     Great video Retronic! Thank you. I'm not sure what the highlight was for me: the organist (John Cameron?) looking like he has a neon blue mohawk about five minutes in, or the cute brunette playing the deep sax solo and the crowd going bonkers.

     Did you get to meet anyone afterwards? I'm afraid I would have made a fool of myself asking John Cameron what it was like being in the Footlights with Eric Idle, how he approached arranging Donovan's music (check out "Wear Your Love Like Heaven"!), and if he was assigned themes by Bruton or if he got to choose what he wanted to do.

We did bump into John Cameron outside and chatted royalties from sampling compared to on-going royalties for old compositions; the latter is unsurprisingly more lucrative and his wife scours whosampled to make sure no one gets away without paying up.  This was discussed in the panel discussion too.   I wished I'd asked if he met Farrah Fawcett-Majors as he wrote the score to 'Sunburn' in 1979.  My mate asked about a favourite KPM LP 'Mustang'- John said he had a Mustang at the time hence the name...
We chatted to Dave Richmond in between sets. There's a great bit in the film where he talk about a library fan asking 'Didn't you write 'Desolate Warehouse'', explaining that he plays these (drama) tracks out at nights.   I slightly blushed inside as although it wasn't me, it so could have been!

Tim H spoke to more cos he got his KPM catalogue signed.
