Hey everyone! Welcome back to another Retromatic CD rip revival post!
This week, I'm introducing a series of music library albums released by Media Works Japan in the 90s.
As you can guess, their music library series is from Japan.
It's a mixed bag of similar instruments but different genres and moods, and I really quite like this music library.
On each album, there are usually four or five songs I like, and some I don't like as well. I think you will find something here worth listening to.
So yeah, what I'm giving to all of you here is most of all the Sound Maker albums RM owns, except volume 3, which I am working on getting from a different person.
Currently, I'm missing volumes 3, 9, 11, 13, and 14 from this series. There are 14 albums in total. Here, there are nine.
As you can see, there are QR codes on the covers, to identify as a Retromatic rip. Please do not try and remove them and share them online. I'm still following what RM wants, even if he's not on this forum anymore.
From what I could find online, the first 3 albums, (volumes 1-3) are most likely released in 1990. The rest, not sure. I would guess 4 to at least 7 are 1991, and volume 12 seems to be a newer addition to the series.
Media Works Japan has other music library series, but this is their Flagship one. They are still alive and well, actually, so you can still buy their CDs and other products!
You can see their still functioning website here:
media-w.net/index2.htmRecently, I even made a post in the "Labels" area here on them.

But without further ado, I present to you..more than 4 GB worth of Sound Maker music!
