Unknown logo track with flute and electric piano(?).

Hi! Here's another unknown I've been trying to find lately. It was used in a PBS station logo and some Dutch channel's logo.

I'm guessing that it's from the 80s/early 90s?
There's so many libraries that it could originate from , although Chappell comes to mind.
