Hey everyone!
I'm so excited to share with you...
10 albums from the Teichiku BGM Library, volumes 16 to 25!!!
5 GB WORTH OF JAPANESE LIBRARY MUSIC!
Let me give you a backstory:
Back in December of last year, I asked a Youtuber named @vnysp if he could share some BGM albums with me, and he gave me the two I wanted, volumes 16 and 19.
I gave him a gift, and thanked him. But I realized I knew he had more music. I asked for the entire collection, 16-25, and he gave me the entire set of his. I gave him another gift, and then asked if he had any other albums.
Although he is a Youtuber, he used a Japanese sharing website to share the files, not unlist them on YouTube and send them to me. It's the full cassette quality.
His story is interesting, he actually joined a film class when he was young and they used Teichiku BGM and Sound Bank there.
Turns out, he had some Sound Bank albums to share with me too. I took them, and gave him a huge thank you.
These albums, this BGM/music library, is the reason I celebrate BGM Day. The reason I created it!

In this collection, you can find the following:
Volumes 16-25, of course
Ending versions, exclusive to the cassette tapes
and CD rips, to compare the cassettes to.
About the ending versions, they're the ending parts of the songs, which can be used in video production, etc. Some of them I really like because they have been re-recorded so they're unique to the ending versions. But most of them are taken from the original recording.
About the CD rips, there's not the entire album set on cassette also in CD. I don't own all of that yet. It's just a full album (volume 24) as well as a few other tracks I got for free which you can compare to.

What kind of music are these albums?
Anything from fusion, J-pop, City Pop, to Ambient, Japanese, and Ballads. There's something for everyone!

Please note a few things.
- The two albums, 16 and 19, are the rarest of the entire collection, so I was only able to find one image with both of them in it, that's why the albums covers look terrible.
- The audio can skip (Solid Drift, Go-Ahead) or have lessened treble (Terrace in the Morning Glow, Young Trouble); it's just the magic of cassettes. It's not perfect!
- The album covers are not on the cassettes, only CDs, but I included them anyways
- Track 6 from volume 25 (fuzzy Drift) is only a CD rip in the extras folder because I couldn't locate the cassette version
- Track 1 from volume 22 is a different song on both the CD and cassette. On the CD, it is a pop song called Puppy Walk, which you can find in the extras folder. The cassette track does not have a title that we know of and is unknown.
- Track 4 (E004) from the ending versions does not exist and never did exist
- The ending versions don't have names, just codes. They are the same songs as the full albums, just the ending parts. If I put in the names for the full albums, someone can do the ending versions.
- All songs and album names have been translated to English.
- 4 albums in the series have some Classical music in them, the rest are pure original sound.
- The songs with (Beth Williams Ensemble) in the title indicates those songs were not recorded by the "artist" of the album, but a classical group known as Beth Williams Ensemble. I figured this out myself
- Afternoon Gallery from volume 20 is actually an early take of "Mangetsu No Dolce" by Takeshi Senoo, later from the Aria The Animation soundtrack. Pretty interesting.

If you were one of the people who got excited for these when I first announced them, I hope you have fun.
And if you're going into these blind, I hope you find something you like.
I won't mention anymore about the songs themself, I want you to have the adventure to listen yourself! That's where I started!

Please, enjoy with your entire body, mind, and soul!
