Production Music Fandom has the release listed as  productionmusic.fandom.com/wiki/CD-PSE-7-13_-_Sound_Waves/New_Visions , a compilation of Roger Webb tracks from  M-143/M-144 / MMSE-13 - Sound Waves and M-135/M-136 / MMSE-10 - New Visions.

I've searched my folders and have found MP3 rips of original albums.
