Known composer and track title but unknown label and album

Does anyone know what library this track is from and what album.

Title: Prelude
Composer: Frank S Strangio

I am thinking it is from Image Music library an Australian label  because on the BMI repotiore it says it is affiliated with APRA which is for Australian music publishing but I am not completely sure.

Prelude is from "POWER RANGERS NINJA STORM CUES SEASON 11"
