Sonoton Vintage Series - SOVS
« on: October 28, 2025, 10:39:20 PM »

Quote from: Sonoton Music
We travel back in time to the beginnings of Sonoton Music on vinyl with the launch of our new Sonoton Vintage Series - SOVS.

In response to increasing demand, we dug deep into our basement where the good old reel to reel tapes are stored and found a huge archive of vintage goodies from the 60s, 70s and 80s, which we’ve now digitized and fully remastered for release on our brand new series SOVS.

Surprisingly, the quality of these recordings was still unbelievably good! After remastering, they sound just like they were recorded yesterday. Although some of the tracks were previously digitized and released, most have been newly curated and are now ready to hit the market.
Enjoy diving into the past with us.

I've had to set my vpn to Netherlands to view images on this page, but if I try to access the track credits image, I get

{"data":{"error":"Imgur is temporarily over capacity. Please try again later."},"success":false,"status":403}

Does anyone else get the same? I've tried my vpn on other networks too but I just get the same message.

That's really odd. It's Imgur.com and it works fine in the USA for me

I'm in the UK, and Imgur has made itself unavailable here fore some unknown reason. I get round it by using a vpn, but although I can then see avatars and most images, that particular one seems to be causing problems. I wonder if any users in the UK or elsewhere are having difficuties with imgur.

It's a UK-wide thing - Imgur decided to block all access in the UK after the passing of the Online Safety Act

That's just bananas. I've used imgur for 15 years it's the only image hoster I use. I'd need to have a list of UK friendly image hosting sites in that case. Cavendish Music doesn't let you see most of their libraries unless you're logged in, else I would have linked that to begin with.

Well that’s weird. I’m in France with my VPN set to UK and can access Imgur without any problem. Go figure.
