They're a bit like a 'Lucky Bag' in that you rarely get a sense of what's inside by looking at the cover , with descriptions simply saying 'slow' or 'bright' tempo.
It's always a surprise when some vocals kick in and Mozart Edition is a label where you need to dig around.  I did post a couple of 'best bits' compilations elsewhere on here if anyone is new to the label and there are two official comps posted there too.

Thanks Retronic - much appreciated - as you say a mixed bag with ME but well worth a rummage. ! Lovely to hear ME LP 041 ending with 'My Friends' which started the the BBC trade test tape of the same name in 1972 - and that tape is a powerhouse of library music with tracks from ME, Knightsbridge Music, Berry Music, Sonoton, Chandos, Medway, Chappell and Peer to name a few !

Thanks Retronic - very much appreciated - some of the tracks on 064 I do know and were used on the BBC in Intervals between programmes and are available on some ME compilation CDs too.It's a fascinating library for sure.
