Hey ho,

I hope this is the right place. I wrote a short review of a new book about Library Music.
I published it here:

An honest, hard-hitting review tuneboy. I'll give it a miss if that's okay! €100 for a 250 page book (that's €0.40 per page!) which doesn't seem to add anything to what we already know from this forum about library music. I'm flabbergasted.

Yes, I was lucky to have some extra money to spend on such "frivolity".
I guess the stuff is also available as an e-book, much cheaper than my hardback.

In my review I forgot to mention another weakness: They have steered completely clear
of German library music. As we know: Most of the British library music scene had
close connections with Germany, with German orchestras and musicians, German studios etc.
And what about all the great German library labels?
The problem with that book is of course that these "analyzers" have a very different view of the whole library thing than us enthusiasts.
