There's better (digital) rips of this out there but I didn't have one so recorded this vinyl reissue

Good morning Retro and thanks for these. I'm especially drawn to the Ronnie Hazlehurst album Ben The Big One. If I didn't know better I'd say some of the tracks sound much like those associated with the other Ben with an extra "n", Mr Benn. But that music was composed by Duncan Lamont I think.

Been trying to upload more for about three hours but each one taking a couple of hours so will be back tomorrow

[nidostar]

Ha, ha, thank you Retro. I missed this Mr Benn release when it came out and it sold like hot cakes. I'm glad I now have a chance to listen to it.

[Retronic]

I have four Parry LPs as unedited files if anyone has time to edit them for us.  I won't have much time in the next week or so.  If the file share sites speed up I can upload them tomorrow.

[nidostar]

Happy to oblige Retro. PM me the link and I'll do the necessary.

[DylanDylan]

thank you again and again retro.  I am continuously awestruck when I see "FRESHIES" has yet another addition.  I appreciate your generosity in sharing your voluminous collection and the hours of labor it takes to do these on the regular.

cheers

[Flemming]

Oh lord, Mr. Benn and 3 times Montparnasse 2000 on vinyl. Could you ask for more. Amazing, thanks a million Retronic. Really really appreciate it

Ps. Especially Mr. Benn. Nowhere to be found in lossless.

[cliquid]

Thanks mate, more amazingness

[Retronic]

I wasn't sure if Mr Benn had been streamed now. Did a very brief check and did see some sort of CD but might have been an old one. I do have a few more ready to do but my internet was super slow yesterday.   Two Peer and a few other bits.

THREE MORE MP 2000
Again, you likely have better digital rips but I am recording these anyway and if you like a little crackle with your pop...

Thank you so much for these.  I would much rather have rips from a trusted source (I do like a few crackles) than wonder what source a digital download came from and what "enhancements" may have been done...

[Retronic]

Yes I was thinking the same- we know these are the original 70's LPs and no fiddling about with them!

[nidostar]

Here are three Parry Music rips which I edited for Retronic and which he's asked me to post here. Thanks to him for sharing.
