It's not malicious.
It is indeed malicious. Doctor Doodle knows these files are fake. Yet he is distributing them KNOWING they are fake.
The meaning of malice is desire to cause pain, injury, or distress to another. Knowingly distributing files that one will have to get an angry complaint about later, then check themselves only to find fake files. This causes distress. That is malicious by definition.
If he were to only replace the waves for Volumes 4, 9 and 10 with the mp3 files I uploaded in an earlier reply, this all goes away. But I will continue to yell about this because people yell at me constantly about it falsely when I share real flacs.
