I don't know it offhand, but I've made a track from it which scrubs the VO. This helped others identify similar tracks for me.

Thanks for giving me that file.  Let me know if you are looking for similar files from ESPN CBB highlights between 1996 and 2001, because I know the names of some and can give them to you.

As for the track I'm seeking, I hope I won't need to do this the hard way--find them by checking as many dance-esque library albums in the 90s.  That might be harder than I think.

Here are two that appeared on ESPN CBB highlights frequently: Tricks by Zack Laurence and Turn it Up by Mark Sandell and Neil Watson.  I hope there are albums that are similar to the ones that those two tracks appear on.

This one does seem to be a tough one. I've had good results using the following link, especially when VO audio is scrubbed:

... but this one is elusive. And the scrubbed audio sounds pretty clear, so I don't think it's an issue with the track sounding muddy or any kind of transition sound effect intruding. Still looking!
