Unknown library music theme found in Golden Cinema City logo

Hello. I need a help identifying this beauty piece.

Video 1:


This was used in Golden Cinema City Video Distribution logo, but not only that, it was also used on ad for Radio Romance Hits in 1991

Time: 0:00-0:15

How come no one has identify this music? Hmm. I assume this was from either KPM, or Bruton, or some unknown library possible i think... :-\ :-\ :-\
