"fc31a" is most likely actually not a Kiessling track, but a Siegfred Merath track. I have a copy of one of his tracks ("Centipede") downloaded from a YT channel, and the sound is pretty much identical to the way this one sounds, in particular the xylophone. I won't rule out the possibility it might be a German radio recording of a track performed by his orchestra and composed by Kiessling, though.

An actual find this time: "fc02a" is actually a composite of multiple tracks composed by Winston Sharples for the Van Beuren Rainbow Parade and Toddle Tales cartoons of the 1930s ("Toonerville Trolley", "Parrotville Old Folks", "Rag Dog", and "Grandfathers' Clock", in that order). This specific track, with these cuts in the exact same order, is part of a longer "medley" of these score excerpts used by the bootleg TV distributor Astra T.V. as musical background in their "Whimseyland" package of various public domain/not PD cartoons in their early 50s. FC21b is, I think, part of the 'Today I Hear The Robin Sing' recording by Bill McGuffie

FZB1 is 'Today People' by Johnny Hawksworth from de Wolfe

FZ1e is 'Ferocity Fanfare' by Reg Tilsley from de Wolfe

PNh is an adaptation of Charpentier's 'Te Deum', the Eurovision theme - I believe this was specially recorded for Euroshow 71, possibly by Horst Jankowski and/or the resident musicians at Sudwestfunk

PNa and PNe are "Royal Gold" (DWS/LP 3439) and "Great Occasion" (DWS/LP 3454) respectively, both by Nigel Hess and probably taken from DWCD 0170.

"ATTLCa" is a composition called "Wings of Victory" by Frank Ventre from the Sam Fox library, and later reissued on Carlin's Archive Series as "Out of Town March" - albeit it's an older recording than the version released on SF 1002.

Also, the arrangement of "La Marseillaise" the Pythons used is an arrangement done by Roger Roger for the Major Records library, originally released on album 5229 in their library.
