I'll start with the first one I became familiar with, and that's Don Voegeli (of course!  ), and then follow that up with favorite composers that I didn't know wrote library music (until I joined this list!):

David Lindup has always been one of my favourites. And he's just a great big band writer anyway - think of his scores for bands such as those of Ted Heath and Johnnie Spence.
