I appreciate that someone rips and shares records from their collections, but I don't understand the idea of not dividing them into individual tracks. It was explained to me that there was no time and I accept it. Don't I have the right to my own opinion? Especially since it wasn't a personal attack but an expression of my opinion.
Of course you're entitled to your own opinion as I am to mine. I just feel that to question a member's contribution to the forum in this way suggests to me a lack of gratitude. It was clear from another recent post from @tuneboy that he was very busy on another project hence his acknowledging from the outset that his rip was in one file.

???rudeness???  :o
what makes you think that?
you saw in the messages angry emoji
Allow me to explain. In English to attribute "laziness" to someone without any humorous qualification, as your post did, is considered offensive.

But does saying that I don't understand the idea of leaving the rip in one file questioning the member's contribution? I don't think so. I think you misunderstood what I meant after all.

You didn't see question mark in text?
My ironic remark was not meant to be an insult, it was a joke.
You're having trouble with your sense of humor?
You wrote unreasonably the bad word "rudeness" yourself.
In your post, you disparage those for whom English is not their first language.
What grade can you give yourself
for what you said?!
you found Ene's post boorish.
I can see the text of tuneboy's message
I understand that tuneboy doesn't feel offended by it.

Alan Tew - The Magnificent Swingers (CBS) 1970

ONE FILE + CUE -

12 TRACKS + CUE

Thanks for the work, 23libra! I downloaded the Swingers in split file style.
(I don't like the Close Encounters album.)
My fave is Tew's version of "The Peanut Vendor".
