Not sure why but a good bit of Asian soundtracks contain the dialog and sfx

     Queen's soundtrack album for Flash Gordon (1980) is the same way, with dialog and SFX. It must be an issue with rights to the complete film soundtrack vs. rights to the music.

     Thanks for passing this along. I haven't seen Dragon Lord for years (May 22, 1999 to be exact). The import DVD credits Frankie Chan with the music.
