This non-library 45 comes from a very obscure British label named Velvetone, and what's special about this is that one of the tracks in this 45, being "Montevideo" by Edward Montague (We have no info on him either) was played by the New Century Orchestra, conducted by Ivor Slaney, best known for their mid-60's output for FDH Mood Music (Including tracks like Slaney's Dramatic Impacts (FDH 327)). I have no info on whether Montevideo was originally made for FDH's catalog or not, but the track, alongside the catalog numbers on the 45 make me wonder if Velvetone was owned by Francis Day and Hunter (NOTE: The catalog numbers have FDH in them). Candleglow by Tommy Sanderson is the other track on the record, and it's basically a re-issue of the version seen on an Ember Records 45 (EMB S131 to be specific). Not only that, but Sanderson did work for Francis Day and Hunter at least for a while as well, plus Candleglow was adapted into a recorded music library track in FDH's catalog on FDH 350, where the FDH version was also played by Slaney and the New Century Orchestra.
