Bravo. Thanks for this breakdown.
(It'd be so much easier if there was some way to access the cue sheets).

A big thanks to you for locating the actual music used on the 1960s Popeye the Sailor cartoons. Although you were focusing on the TV Spots-produced episodes, I cannot help but ask if you are familiar with the time-marked links to music used in the following episodes:

"Psychiatricks" - 4:12 - 5:00 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WBLFLr_D4Qg&list=PLe3qHSgRSgJCtKWjN6iZmLlDt2klPblRd&index=4

"Me Quest for Poopdeck Pappy" - 2:08 - 2:38 -  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xTDU8y5tfvM&list=PLe3qHSgRSgJCtKWjN6iZmLlDt2klPblRd&index=6

"Voo Doo to you too" - 3:02 - 3:18 / 3:31 - 3:41- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=igIQFavZqxk&list=PLe3qHSgRSgJCtKWjN6iZmLlDt2klPblRd&index=7

"Oil's Well that Ends Well" - 1:16 - 1:42 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eUDzRl16GuQ&list=PLe3qHSgRSgJCtKWjN6iZmLlDt2klPblRd&index=12

"Duel To The Finish" - 1:27 - 1:44 / 4:28 - 4:56 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gOSX87Ijv6k&list=PLe3qHSgRSgJCtKWjN6iZmLlDt2klPblRd&index=14

"My Fair Olive" - 2:29 - 2:48 - (and the rest of the "non-Popeye" music used in this episode) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Itfjgz8DfS4&list=PLe3qHSgRSgJCtKWjN6iZmLlDt2klPblRd&index=25

"Azteck Wreck" - 13:18 - 13:34 (the "Brutus" theme) - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oMZ_Cdb2UDc&list=PLZi9kmcgOoWnTRGNtwK8GdhmGKHE8WVJC&index=5

The last link--for "Azteck Wreck" features (as noted above) the oft-used "Brutus" theme, which I've tried to find (from any official source) for decades, but had no luck.

Any clues about the music linked above? Thank you in advance!

All episodes you've listed, except "Azteck Wreck" have music from Winston Sharples' recorded music library package, though there are no physical releases with his background music in them. Azteck Wreck has music from Ken Lowman originally made for this short, with the Brutus/Bluto theme being his arrangement of "Blow The Man Down".
