Music tracks used in Japanese commercials.

I know most of these use custom music, but some use library music.
Would anyone be able to help me with identifying these tracks?

The 1st track used in the Robocon commercial was found!

Library: Signature Music Library

Composer: Roger Scott Craig (BMI)

Publisher: Win/Win Music (BMI)

Release Year: 1993
