Is Flac better than MP3 and why? The short answer to your question @Wodsil is "yes" but I suggest you read these two topics before taking my word for it:

I convert FLAC files to ALAC/M4A (Apple Lossless) using XLD so that they can be loaded onto my Apple Music app. I tend to use Apple Music more for its database abilities rather than as a player. For that I use VLC when it's more convenient to do so.

I think it's to do with the pixeldrain site as I've just tried the link again and it works. Some members seem to be having success with a VPN. Greta and I seem to have no problem downloading so it might be worth setting a VPN to an Italian or French server.
