Ok, so I was messing around with this Windows 10 video editor program that i've had for at least 5 years and I found that they have a function called "background music" where it has generic modern crap music...and scrolling down hidden in the mix of things there are 2 selections that said "on hold" and "tv tune".
I hit them to see what they were expecting some more modern crap, and I was floored when I heard REAL music! And none the less, some damn good early 80's library.
I set the video maker at 3 mins with a blank screen and it did it's own extended re-edits of whatever these are to cover the time span. I wanna hunt down both of these if anyone knows what they are? They sound like US library circa 1982/83.
Here's the first one (the "on hold") has a Larry Owens feel, but it's not Network as far as I know. Doesn't have their sound : mega.nz/file/X2gHWDJC#trMCktuT1b5Nak6HUpDh9D1C2Svj5oalJJX5bWEpLro
And here's the second one (the "tv tune"). Def same library and producer :

These have gotta be out there somewhere if Microsoft licenced them as I seriously doubt they would dig deep into the long lost obscure.
