Hello everyone,
here is the second record in the "Supermarket" series. The album is split into two parts.
Side one offers pieces for solo flute, solo piano, flute and harpsichord, flute and percussion, while side two features experimental electronics with a cosmic feel.
The second side is quite interesting because this is one of the few recordings released on vinyl by Studio di Fonologia "NPS" (Nuove Proposte Sonore) and one of the latest works before the group split up in 1972.
The labels of my copy show only the names of the composers, although the "NPS" group is mentioned on the back cover.
As you can see on discogs, there are some copies with a different label where, with regard to side one, it is specified that the orchestra was directed by Gisteri (Oronzo De Filippi).
Enjoy!
