KPM All Stars Live 7 July 2012 (FLAC)
« on: December 11, 2019, 07:53:17 AM »
I couldn't find this on the forum, so hopefully it's not a repeat.
It's an audience recording but still nice to listen to.

I downloaded simply to see if any major changes between this recording and the other live recording included in the [2013] Strut 106CD x2 which had included a portion of a live concert (2000) with the KPM All Stars.

Could be one half dozen of another, but still, Muff Minds wanna know. We must know!

"Hey! I gots to know..." ~ Bank Robber (Dirty Harry, (1971))

Besides, I'm just crazy about those KPM All Stars. So there!

Thank you, DavidRaphael, for uploading the concert while also including pertinent info.

Just for the record, this is my recording. I'm glad you enjoyed it  :)

The very first live recording I did was the KPM All Stars show at Queen Elizabeth Hall some years earlier. Unfortunately I got my recording levels wrong and it is very distorted but it was a great gig.

Thanks so much to both of you for recording this and uploading it - this was the third of the KPM Allstars gigs I was at, and by far and away the best.

The band was superb on the night, and it was the first time I think they really nailed the KPM sound.  I was rather disappointed there was never a proper recording of this one, so I'm really enjoying reliving it!
