December 11th - Ivy and Ivory
« on: December 11, 2019, 06:28:12 PM »

Howdy gang!
Today's share is another fine one courtesy of Rocco. Fittingly, this share is also number 11 on its label.
He describes it as "A short but intense album", also noting that "there's something magic on here".

Enjoy! :)
[Pegaso] PG 11 - L'edera (colonna sonora originale dello sceneggiato TV) (1974) - Berto Pisano, music by Romolo Grano

Thanks Messrs Mister and Rocco!

Hey, Mister Rocco's Neighborhood  ;D  The LMT as an online, global village. What a concept! I'm sure nobody ever thought of that, right?

I watched Joe D'Amato's Death Smiles on a Murderer last night and it had music by Berto Pisano. I decided to try to find more of his work... And I didn't have to try too hard because this popped up the next morning! I'm also happy to have more Romolo Grano as well as crossing off a missing Pegaso from my want-list. Great share, Rocco!

That's been on my watchlist - is it worth seeing? :)
You've probably heard it, but Interrabang (1969) is another good film and score by Pisano. Its cues are reused extensively in the considerably less good "Giallo a Venezia" (1979) too.
