Wetransfer doesn't let you use a download manager/accelerator, it requires you download through the browser.  Wetransfer is also very temporary, they delete their files after a set amount of time.

As for the download manager, is enough to download and install the software JDownloader. There, you paste all the links you want and it downloads them all for you.
