man that "that lucky touch 1975" one sounds like Alan Hawkshaw if you ask me.

"Ebony, Ivory And Jade" is indeed unreleased and not available anywhere. It was composed and performed by Earle Hagen specifically as the theme for this failed 1979 US TV pilot, which I believe was on NBC if I remember right.
