Unknown track from TV Globo promos in the mid-1990s.

I'm looking for this track used in promos of news programs broadcasted by TV Globo in the mid-1990s:

It plays at this "Fantástico" promo in 1996 at 0:23 of video:


It looks like this track is from Sound Ideas (1988-1993 pack).
