I've found the "Cool Cats" track ... it's "Come On Dance" by David A Robidoux, NFL Music Library, NFL-0007 Free Agent.

Thanks for your discovery, but how did you manage to find it?  I can't seem to access it anywhere.

I used a site that identifies music tracks through the use of AI called aha-music.com; I was told about the site by others in this forum. It's not foolproof by any means, and can misidentify tracks or come up with blanks, but this one is correct. This track and this label are distributed by APM Music, and that's where I was able to confirm the match.

Awesome.  I tried using that site to find another track that I'm seeking but couldn't.
