Help with mid 90s short stinger

Anyone know what this track is? Came from a '96 TV show which primarily used the now defunct Audio Action library.

I'm confused. Zippyshare is defunct and has been for some long while. Is this link to a new Zippyshare site? If so it's to be avoided because all I get are a number of dodgy pop-ups and nothing more.

Seems a very strange extension on the web link, I'll be avoiding that thanks.  Enburtam, you need to change the place you upload your files to !  Otherwise, I can't see many clicking on that link to try whilst avoiding dodgy pop-ups.
