I am wondering about the music and also the sound elements in a recording within this link. There are two commercials within the recording which contain the music and sound elements.

I will explain how to get there and which recording I am referring to.The link will take you a voice over website called voice123 and it has the profile of the voice actor who did these commercials for the travel show PM Magazine. It was the only place I could find it. I am wondering about the very first recording at the top of the sample list that says Tv Promos. I am not sure if the sound elements are part of a music library or a sound effects library. I know this is a music library forum but if they happen to come from a sound effects library and any of you know it, please still let me know either way.
