I've heard this song many times before on the local government channel (GTC-3) during their city bid opportunities circa 1996-97—and was pleasantly surprised to hear this again. The track in question runs during the ad between 2:32-2:39.
It sounds like it came from the Network Music library, as GTC-3 also used "The Weatherman" as the theme song for
Your Health and "Waverunner" during the city bids for a time after the track was retired.
