I need help finding this song from TVB (not the one in Hong Kong) that they used in their clock ident.

By the way, the original source of this music is Sound Ideas.

'Breaking Free' from the 1998 album SI-C9 Neon Nights.

It was later featured in Sound ideas' Royalty Free Music series of collections.
