Just thought I would put a better sounding link of this track.

I have been trying to identify this one for years. I apologize I have asked about this a few times before but this is one of the last tracks I need to identify and the last piece of the puzzle for the music from a video series I grew up with. I recall two users telling me they thought this sounded familiar but both could not remember where they heard it.

I could really use some help.
