I’m told that this track is probably library music however, I’ve no idea on the title or library. The air check dates from 1984 and I think the track is probably early 80s. I’ve removed the presenter to highlight the bed.

I haven't yet got any closer to finding the track and believe me I've searched many library archive titles dating from late 70s to 85. Something tells me that the track might have been lifted from an American TV News package, though again which one?
