It's a bit ironic that someone would do a lift of Men at Work's "Down Under," because it ended up being part of a copyright dispute. The song's prominent flute part referenced the well known Australian song "Kookabura." Unfortunately for the band the writer of the song, Marion Sinclair, died in 1988, so the song is still under copyright. The owners of the rights eventually sued Men at Work, and received a large financial settlement as a result.
