The movies these tracks were taken from had nothing to do with ecology, it's true.
But the compiler picked up from said movies the musics that reminded him to ecology, not being inspired by the movies nor by the tracks titles. Just the music.
Or maybe, some scenes form those movies were taken in naturalistic environments? I don't know actually, as I didn't see those movies.

That's my guess.

A the end, it's just one of the typical licensing and mysteries "a' l'italienne" as you say.
Nobody will ever be sure about these things. A mystery impossible to solve.
