I add to my "wishlist" this track from a 1990 VHS about Formula 1 driver Nigel Mansell's years in Ferrari. It could be a library theme from KPM or De Wolfe because the other 8 tracks of the soundtrack come from these two labels (specifically from Andy Quin's DWCD0017 Videotronics and from KPM0075 Screenplay, KPM0094 An American Dream, KPM0002 or KPMLP1299 Classical Fusion)

I've found the first 2 songs of this sample:
"The Acid Jungle" and "Dopamatic" by Eric Cunningham, Chris Lang & John Tejada from CM003 (Chronic Trax) album "Acid Jazz". I miss only the last one (from 00:38 on)

Hi ChunYinZi, that's my biggest challenge! Suddenly that track is a mystery for me: not even Audio Fingerprinter was able to find it! Probably it's a track released by an unknown label. However, I made a video with all the appearances of this background theme in F1 and WRC Season Reviews:
