Very sorry to all who tried to help. Somehow managed to corrupt the file I grabbed.

This one should work - https://mega.nz/file/CHJUTSTQ#kUjRuDcCSHaXMMvPw0GQVbEMzlbK3rV-8H4yl_l2x-I

Thanks again.

That's the theme from the BBC series 'Play School' by Paul Reade.

Thank you - I knew it was familiar!

Would anyone know if it is available at good quality from anywhere?

On vinyl, it's the last track on this (quite hard to find in decent condition, as with many kids records) discogs.com/Carol-Chell-Sing-A-Song-Of-Play-School/release/2994820

On this CD which appears to be very hard to find (it's been on my Discogs wantslist for four years!)  discogs.com/Various-Themes-From-Childrens-BBC/release/1648219

What a lovely little tune!
I wonder who first started doubling the melody line in trombone and flute like that. It's very effective, it sounds so distinctively childish somehow.
