Btw, I forgot to mention last afternoon,
I remember we got a discussion about the title of this record, being "Scopes" a bit non-sense.
Somebody said it's probably "Scores" which makes much more sense, and it's plausible cause the r" and the "p" of the font on the front cover are very similar.
But in this time I came to the conclusion it's definitively "Scores".
Interpreting the front cover font: "MARIPAL CHRISSY" is written with capital letters, while the title "scores" is written with lowercase letters.
And if you focus on that, you see that's a "r" and not a "p".
Later on, I also discovered this album on "Rate Your Music" and the record is called "Scores" there. I don't know if you consider that site reliable enough, but it's a strong element in support of the thesis, to me.
Here:
https://rateyourmusic.com/release/album/maripal-chrissy/scores/The Discogs entry is simply wrong, but it's understandable cause the used font for the graphics is quite confusing, and the rear cover doesn't show the title of the record.
Below decent images of front and rear covers taken from Gianni's BoT. (for the record, Gianni too calls it "Scores")
I'm also and obviously hoping for a lossless rip of this beauty, but I must say that this rip, although being "only" 256kbps, sound pretty good.
That flute solo on track "Locust" always sends shivers down my spine!!
