Howdy! So for a while I've been curious about this peppy cha-cha piece used as the main and end theme for this series of interstitial segments that aired on Cartoon Network in the late 90s. Unfortunately, my trusty A-ha Music Identifier hasn't been able to shed some light on its origins, so I thought I'd turn to you guys to see if anyone here knows it.

CN mainly used Firstcom/Killer Tracks for promos and the like during this era, so it might be from one of their libraries, but I won't rule out the possibility it might be an original piece written by Eddie Horst or another staff composer at Turner, from either their internal "cue library" or commissioned specifically for these segments (ASCAP's database has an entry for a piece by the name of "Cartoon Gang" composed by Stephan Mank and published by Ten Fifty Music, a Turner publishing company).
