The ones with asterisks beside the number are ones I have physically had.
The ones I didn't have, I got the information from a web site that listed them many years ago. I don't remember where I found it.
Unfortunately I had a lot of mono releases which is why many are the 1000 series.

Ah nice! I never got around to revising this list, but I'll get on that.

So the 1000 run are the mono issues of the same records found in the 5000 run, then, with 1001 being the same as 5001, for instance?

Right.  That seems to be how they released them.

From my recollection when I looked at the website list, they had them listed like 1001/5001 etc.

I'll try to remember where I found it.  If I do I'll post it here.
