Interesting find!
Not sure what "Omaggio alle orchestre" is intended to mean literally, but I've seen the same phrasing on some other Italian 7" samplers, ex.:
https://www.discogs.com/Various-Promozionale-Editoriale-N-3/release/9093628https://www.discogs.com/Various-Omaggio-Alle-Orchestre/release/8479823- together with "vietata la vendita'", I'd assume it simply means "Promotional sampler, not for resale".
Not a whole lot of info here, but here's what I could find:
The publisher was based at Via Guala 13, 15057 Tortona (Piemonte), and active as a publisher of sheet music from the early 50's onwards, mostly focused on dance music and canzoni. The publisher seems to have gone defunct sometime in the early 70's. I don't think it was active much as a label, the only I could find was this release:
https://www.discogs.com/I-Continentals-Vulcania-46/release/7708577The composers on this 7" are Glauco Masetti, Antonio Dammicco, "Maspes" (Antonio Dammicco), Aldo Zara, Elio(?) Pasino, "Forrand" (Gianfranco Bottino), Italo Salizzato and Giancarlo(?) Agnello - some of whom have done library work. Though I don't think this is necessarily intended as library music. I'm guessing this 7" sampler was to promote sales of sheet music more than anything.
If this is like the Italian 7" samplers I have bought, it's probably not that interesting either, unfortunately. The ones I have contain only short segments of the songs together with some promotional speak, no full songs.
