  • music begins were words leave off...
Hi,

As usual, raw & in WAV. I was surprised about this LP, any tracks are ending with a locked groove. So, i have to thanks my friend « Calmos » for lending me his Technics SL-1210MK2 turntable.
It was more easier with the quick start-stop function and djying backwards ! I guess, it’s not so easy with a regular turntable...

Anyway, i did not find any infos on Discogs about this record, but here on LMT, look here :

After it was recorded, i was listening to this as a « suite ». Especially the B side, with a balanced crossover fade in & fade out effect in foobar2000.

In a near futur, i intend to upload these following Cinemusic Inc. references : CMR 406, CMR 603 & CMR 610.
Enjoy,

be seeing you…

Very nice! Thank you!

FLAC version:
[Cinemusic] - CMR 609 - Jack Shaindlin - Drama, Space, Ecology, Miniature Moods (1972) (FLAC)

https://mega.nz/#F!L5ESxarD!gsMcB_u2_Oc8O2aSLEVQ5w

Edit: Although the label says 1972, it sounds easily 10-15 years older... Could this be a reissue by any chance?

Many of these Shaindlin cues originated with an older library called Langlois Filmusic, as well as an earlier one simply called Filmusic. That explains why these sound older, some dating back to the 1940s, as well as why "Points of Drama #1 and 2" aren't included on this album. Some of these cuts were also released earlier on the "BC" series of albums dist. by Charles Brull ("BC" is for "Brull-Cinemusic"), but I don't know if those are original to those albums or not.

Are these Russ Meyer territory?  Would love some of those cues - Faster Pussycat, Motor Psycho, etc
