Hello, I'm not sure if this is the right place to post, but there's a South Korean royalty free music library called Earbro, which might be defunct. The only place to listen to their music is at their Bandcamp website, which doesn't have all of the albums. It could be that some of the albums got discontinued.
https://earbro.bandcamp.com/It turns out the composers also did many of the ringtones that you can hear on old Samsung phones until around 2011, when they made ringtones for the Galaxy S3. They work for a company called WorkSpace, which is now called SRSC (소리솜씨), where they do the music for commercials.
The "Extreme" MAX Loop album has some tracks very similar to some of the Samsung ringtones.
