Found holycornholio2, it's "15 Minutes of Fame Show" by Jim Blake, from the now-discontinued XCD-004.
Regarding the other track from Holy Cornholio, it's possible that it may be a sound effect track. Online identifiers pick it up as "Water" by Scott McNulty, which I'm confident is not the right track and it's drawing a false positive. (The Doomsday track may also be a sound effect, though it'd be weird if it is given the 5.1 tracks had it layered in the music bed, plus I wouldn't be able to begin to try and figure out what sound effects pack it even came from.)
